In April of 2005, Frances and I were looking for a new home as we were getting married in June. Frances looked at a new home in Twelve Oaks built by Holtech. I was out of town at the time. She loved it the very first time she saw it, but wasn't sure I would like it. When I did look at this home and saw all of the molding, tray ceilings in all four bedrooms and formal dining room, granite, tile and colors, I loved it too. I wouldn't tell Frances ( I didn't want to get her hopes up too soon) until I could talk to the builder, Ron Hollingsworth........Rest of story, we got married in our new home on June 25, 2005.

We were a "young" 64 year-old couple who could have never picked out everything as beautifully as Sally and Ron. Sally was a great help to us in decorating our beautiful home. Oh, and yes, they also came to our wedding.

It is an honor to write and tell you about our lovely home we had built by Holtech Builders. Ron and his wife Sally Hollingsworth built our home.

We have built two other homes across the United States, and by far, this one was a dream adventure. We had asked around in Shreveport, when we were thinking of building, and we got many recommendations for this builder. We were very impressed with the quality of work in every aspect from laying the foundation, to the brick layers and everything in between.

Ron helped us with the look of the house from the outside in, and was on location frequently each day the house was being built. He has a wonderful caring attitude and from the very beginning we knew we had picked the best builder-friend.

Sally helped Margaret pick out colors for both the inside and outside and informed us where we should go to pick out our granite and tile, along with the carpet. She is so positive and an artist in her own field, so it was a dream to work with her professional opinions.

The home is beautiful and Ron only hired men who were Master Craftsmen in their field. From the framing of the doors in every room to the beautiful fireplace, along with the large crown moldings in every room, one can only see what love is put into their work.

The kitchen cabinets are the sturdiest with the newest designs only a decorator would allow. The tray ceilings add even more beauty and space.
