When building a custom home, the process begins with an informal meeting in a relaxed setting where clients can discuss exactly what they desire in their new home. Holtech has no "cookie cutter' named plans. Every home is built to the owners' specifications with their unique needs in mind. A message from Ron Hollingsworth…

After graduating from college in 1973, I decided to call Shreveport my home. My first job was for the founding pastor of Life Tabernacle, who also was involved in residential and commercial construction. After his death in 1975, I went into business and have been involved in construction and insurance. In the mid-to-late 1990's my wife, Sally, and I decided to go into the home building industry full time, thus, the birth of Holtech Building & Development.

Holtech has built many beautiful homes in Shreveport, as well as Bossier, and we have no plans to leave this industry for the next several years. Our business is such that we feel we can demand quality and expertise in every aspect of the home building industry because we have what we feel are excellent subcontractors. You can find Holtech building speculative and custom homes in Twelve Oaks, Bienville Path, and Southern Trace and we are anticipating two new markets in southeast Shreveport in the near future.

In saying this, I want to express my gratefulness to the people of Shreveport and Bossier who have entrusted Holtech to build their homes.
